Our Story
988w was founded with a single driving idea: Pakistani players deserve access to a world-class online betting and casino experience that doesn't compromise on transparency or player well-being. For too long, Pakistani users navigating the online gaming landscape encountered platforms built for foreign markets – confusing interfaces, unclear terms, payment methods that didn't work locally, and customer support that had no understanding of the Pakistani context.
We set out to change that. 988w was designed from the ground up with the Pakistani player at the center. Whether you're a cricket fanatic in Lahore tracking PSL odds, a casino enthusiast in Karachi looking for live dealer action, a football fan in Islamabad watching late-night Premier League fixtures, or a newcomer in Rawalpindi just exploring sports betting for the first time – 988w is built to feel familiar, honest, and accessible.
Our platform brings together a wide range of betting markets, casino games, and live entertainment under one roof, combined with payment options that Pakistani users actually use – including familiar methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. We mention these as familiar payment rails – we make no claim that any payment provider endorses or is affiliated with 988w or any gambling activity.
Above all, 988w is committed to operating with clarity. Our terms are written to be understood, not buried in fine print. Our bonus conditions are spelled out upfront. And our responsible gambling tools are built in, not bolted on as an afterthought.
What We Stand For
These aren't just words on a page. Every product decision, policy update, and support interaction at 988w is measured against these values.
Full Transparency
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, RTP figures, withdrawal timeframes – everything is stated clearly before you commit. No hidden clauses, no bait-and-switch promotions. If something affects your money, you'll know about it upfront.
Player Security
Your personal data and financial information are protected with industry-standard encryption. We apply strict KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to prevent fraud and underage access, keeping the platform safe for everyone who uses it.
Responsible Gambling First
Deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion tools, and reality checks are built directly into the platform. We take problem gambling seriously and provide pathways to support resources for anyone who needs them.
Mobile-First Experience
Most of our players are on mobile – in Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and beyond. Our platform is optimized for smartphones from the ground up, delivering fast load times and smooth navigation even on slower connections.
Built for Pakistan
From PKR-denominated transactions to cricket-centric betting markets and support in both English and Urdu, 988w is shaped around what Pakistani players actually want and need — not adapted from a foreign template.
Real Support, Real People
Our customer support team is available around the clock. Whether you have a question about a withdrawal, need help understanding a promotion, or want to activate responsible gambling tools, we respond promptly and helpfully.

Our Journey
How 988w has grown from an idea into Pakistan's go-to online gaming destination.
The Idea Takes Shape
A team of experienced gaming industry professionals and technology engineers recognized a gap: Pakistani players lacked a platform designed specifically for them — one that combined world-class gaming with genuine local relevance and transparent practices.
Platform Built for Pakistani Players
After extensive research into what Pakistani bettors and casino players actually wanted, the 988w platform was engineered from scratch. Key decisions included PKR transaction support, mobile-first design, English and Urdu language support, and local sports market prioritization — especially Pakistan cricket and PSL.
988w Goes Live
988w launched with a core product covering sports betting and casino games. Early feedback from players in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad shaped fast improvements to navigation, payment processing speed, and the live betting interface.
Growing the Product
New game providers were integrated, the live casino section expanded, and the sportsbook added more cricket markets — including detailed PSL team and player prop bets. Responsible gambling tools were upgraded to include deposit limits, session caps, and self-exclusion pathways.
Committed to Continuous Improvement
988w continues to develop its platform based on player feedback. We are committed to expanding payment options, deepening sports coverage, improving load times on mobile networks across Pakistan, and maintaining the transparent, player-first approach that defines everything we do.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling
At 988w, responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox — it's a fundamental part of how we operate. We recognize that while online gaming is entertainment for the vast majority of players, a small proportion may develop problematic gambling habits. We take our responsibility to those players seriously.
Every registered player on 988w has access to the following responsible gambling tools at any time:
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
- Loss Limits — Restrict how much you can lose over a defined period.
- Session Time Limits — Receive reminders when you've been playing for a set duration.
- Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net position.
- Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently close your account if you need a break.
- Account Activity Reports — View your full wagering and transaction history at any time.
We also enforce strict underage gambling prevention policies. 988w is strictly for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Identity verification (KYC) is required for all players before withdrawals, and we may request verification at account registration or at any time we believe it is necessary.
