1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

Individuals who have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, or who are subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 988w. If you have previously self-excluded from 988w and your exclusion is still active, you must not attempt to re-register.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other details required during the registration process. You are obligated to keep this information current and up to date at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 988w will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

988w operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point 988w deems necessary, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that causes incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes to be displayed, 988w reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. No obligation to honour erroneous payouts will arise from such errors.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account's cashier section. Payment methods that may be referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users include e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency — subject to operator availability. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are contextual examples only and do not constitute endorsement, partnership, or any implication that these providers support gambling activities.

988w does not accept deposits made from funds belonging to third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits where technically possible. Processing timeframes vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only — actual processing may be affected by payment provider schedules, banking hours, compliance checks, and operational factors.

988w reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, where KYC requirements have not been met, or where there are pending investigations relating to the Account.

6.3 Currency

Transactions may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is offered by the operator. Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates and any associated fees will be disclosed prior to the transaction being completed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers and promotional incentives are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of any promotion before opting in. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

7.3 No Guarantee of Winnings

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

988w reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including declining bets that exceed published maximum limits. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Live betting odds change in real-time and accepted odds are those at the precise moment of bet confirmation. 988w reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where applicable rules require it.

8.3 Sports Context

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by 988w

988w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has taken place;
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC;
• The Account holder is under the minimum eligible age;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk management concern;
• Legal or regulatory obligations require it.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the standard withdrawal process.

12.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

If you close your Account under a self-exclusion request, the closure period will be enforced as requested. During an active self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account or open a new Account on the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988w holds its operating licence. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.
